Training
Ziron Environmental started the new Supervisor/Manager training Classes 11-21-11, these classes were offered on a voluntary basis. The response was outstanding 34 of the 40 plus field techs plus our entire management team signed up to attend, as a matter of fact we had such a response we had to break the classes into two groups.
The initial class teaches assessment, awareness, observation of not only the project but of employees and stresses the importance of clear communication with the customer and peers. The participation level by those in attendance was far above expectations.
As I was speaking to the class a sense of pride washed over me as I realized this is our future sitting in this room and how exciting it was to look out into the faces and see genuine interest and desire to learn and improve. I also came to the realization that we as managers have made the correct decisions in maintaining the highest hiring standards in our industry, you know what they say "Proof's in the pudding." Well I'm here to tell you that with the up and comers we have Ziron Environmental Services has a very very bright future!!
